  1. The competition is only open to residents in the UK, aged 18 or over, excluding employees of any company in Aston Manor Cider, its agencies or anyone else connected with the creation and administration of this Promotion.
  2. By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  3. Winning prizes: Facebook – Only 3 x prizes awarded, these will consist of 1 x 500ml bottle of Kingstone Press cider and a branded pint glass. No purchase necessary. No cash alternative will be offered. Twitter – Only 3 x prizes awarded, these will consist of 1 x 500ml bottle of Kingstone Press cider and a branded pint glass. No purchase necessary. No cash alternative will be offered.
  4. To enter the prize draw on Facebook, entrants will need to like the competition post. To enter the prize draw on Twitter, entrants must follow @KingstoneCider and retweet the competition tweet.
  5. The Promotion will begin on Thursday 26th March 2015 once the Tweet or Facebook post has gone live and will close 24 hours later.
  6. Each participant may only enter each giveaway in the Promotion once during the Promotional Period stated above. No third party entries, entries from organised groups or entries automatically generated by computer will be accepted.
  7. On Facebook, the successful winner or winners will be notified on the Kingstone Press Facebook page. The winner will be asked to send their full name, delivery address and proof of age (over 18) to social@kingstonepresssocial.co.uk within 24 hours. In the circumstance that the winner does not retrieve their prize by the time specified, or if the winning entry is subsequently deemed void (as determined by the Promotor) the Promoter will revert to a runner up from all existing eligible entries. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into over this decision
  8. On Twitter, the successful winner or winners will be notified on the Kingstone Press Twitter page and/or sent a direct message. The winner will be asked to send their full name, delivery address and proof of age (over 18) to social@kingstonepresssocial.co.uk within 24 hours. The Promoter is entitled to report and remove any user-generated content on the Promoter’s social media accounts immediately and without notice if a user is in breach of these terms and conditions, are instructed to do so by any third party or if the Promoter, in its sole and absolute discretion, is concerned by any content provided. Users are solely responsible for creating backup copies of any content submitted.
  10. The prize is subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute with a prize of equal value in the event that circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.
  11. The Promotor will make all possible attempts to fulfil the prize within 14 days of receiving winner details. Any prizes that cannot be fulfilled in this time will be communicated to the winner at the time of notification of their win.

If for any reason the competition is not capable of running as planned for reasons (including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Competition). The promoter has the right to substitute the prize at their discretion. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or alter the Competition or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.   13. Incomprehensible and incomplete entries (as determined by the Promoter) will be deemed invalid. Obscene, provocative or otherwise questionable content will not be considered.
